What you need

If you meet these, you can almost always take part.

  • A charger with a MID meter

    That meter is officially certified, so the charged energy counts.

  • An internet connection or charging backend

    Your charger has to be able to share sessions, directly or through your backend.

  • A Dutch bank account number

    That is where we transfer your proceeds, in the name of the applicant.

  • You buy the energy yourself

    The electricity runs through your connection and is on your energy contract.

Combining with solar panels

If you have solar panels, you often charge during the day with your own power. That energy counts just as well. It is about the kWh you charge into your car, not about where the electricity comes from. So you save on your energy bill and also get a payout for the registered energy.

You charge 300 kWh a month, part of it with your own solar power. At €0.12 per kWh (indication based on recent market sales, October 2026), after 9.9% commission, that comes to:
